Secure Your Vendor Table
The Collin County Council on Family Violence (CCCFV) invites you to participate as a vendor in our 14th Annual North Texas Facing Family Violence Conference on October 19 through 21st from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The conference will be located at the Living Legends Conference Center at the Spring Creek Campus of Collin College.
We are currently seeking vendors representing:
* Corporations that support the fight against family violence
* Community Organizations
* Local Non-profit Organizations
* Family Services
* Book Sales (Presenters only)
The CCCFV is expecting over 200 registrants to attend the conference. Your table/display will be visible to these registrants who will include professionals in the mental health, law, educational, social services, and medical fields. Vendors will be provided one 2’ X 4’ table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs must be requested no later than 5:00 PM, October 21, 2016. Electrical power is available, but very limited. If you would like to request power, please do so by indicating that in the “Comments and Special Requests” box. Additional equipment will be the responsibility of the vendor. A representative from your organization must be present at all times at your table/display.
If you are currently a CCCFV Member and would like to participate as a vendor at the Facing Family Violence Conference, please complete the following application and submit it via email to email@example.com.. All other interested vendors must mail or hand-deliver the application and payment to Collin County Council on Family Violence 5805 Coit Road, Suite 301 – Plano, Texas 75093 (Junior League offices) by October 12, 2016.
Space is limited, so tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If you have any questions about participating as a vendor please call 972-769-0557. Lunch is provided for paid conference registrants. Otherwise, to purchase lunch for $25 a day contact CCCFV at firstname.lastname@example.org.
